A level, firm surface with room around the vehicle is useful. Mention sloped driveways, underground parking, restricted access or building rules when you request service. The technician must decide whether the work can be carried out there.

Keep your vehicle details ready

Have the year, make, model and requested service available. For tire changes, explain whether the replacement tires are on wheels. For oil changes, vehicle and engine information help confirm the correct specification.

Clear the area
