What we collect
Callback requests include your name, phone number, service, city, request date and any vehicle, tire, oil package, location or other details you submit. We store service notes and callback status to manage the request.
How we use it
We use these details to contact you about the requested service, discuss a quote and arrange any agreed work. Submitting a request does not sign you up for marketing emails.
Providers and technical data
Our hosting and email providers process information to operate this website. Processing may occur outside Canada. We use temporary hashed network identifiers to limit spam and login attempts. Admin sign-in uses a strictly necessary session cookie. Your browser stores your colour preference and whether you have seen the short introduction. We count daily phone-link clicks and successful callback submissions without a visitor tracking cookie.
Retention and your choices
We retain details needed to handle requests and service records. To request access, correction or deletion, email info@fxmyride.ca. We review these requests against service-record needs.
